You can ask ASSI International Pty Ltd to remove your access to the ASSI Practical Assessments app.
Important: ASSI is a Registered Training Organisation and is required by law to keep student records. Removing your app access does not delete your uploaded videos or assessment records. They are kept securely for 7 years and then deleted.
How to ask for your app access to be removed
- In the app, open the menu (⋮) on the exercise list and tap Remove my app access – this opens this page – or go straight to step 2.
- Email amy.fourie@trainingschool.com.au with the subject Remove my ASSI app access, from the email address you enrolled with, and include your full name. We may contact you to confirm your identity first.
To remove your pass code from your phone straight away, tap Log out in the app, then uninstall the app.
What happens next

Removing your app access does not cancel your enrolment. To withdraw from your course, see ASSI's Fees and Refunds information or contact student administration.
